Original image has been replaced. Credit: Mashable According to Taihainet, Zheng, who has seven children, 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, had quite a difficult life.
She was born in a poor family in Xiamen, southeast China's Fujian Province, and her father died when she was only 9.
Her husband also abandoned her and she had to raise their seven children alone working as a pig farmer.
Original image has been replaced. Credit: Mashable After their children became adults, she finally started enjoying life on her own, travelling to Hong Kong, Taiwan and many Chinese cities on her own, despite knowing only her local dialect and no Mandarin, MailOnline reports.
"I want to capture my great-grandmother's beauty," her great-grandson-in-law said. "It's such a special thing to photograph your family members."
