Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump said the "system is Ongoing Archivesrigged" after FBI Director James Comey recommended no charges for rival presumptive presidential candidate Hillary Clinton following an investigation into Clinton's use of email while she was secretary of state.
Comey said the agency found no evidence Clinton or her staffers had intentionally violated the law, though he said the department was "careless" in how it handled email that contained classified and even top secret information.

The specter of a possible indictment has haunted Clinton through the Democratic primary campaign, and is an issue frequently brought up by opponents.

Clinton's next scheduled public appearance is on Tuesday in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she is slated to appear at 3 p.m. alongside President Barack Obama.
Trump will have the final word of the day at his own North Carolina rally, scheduled to take place at 7 p.m. in Raleigh.
